Important Note: For all online orders we accept full payment in advance before starting with the order and for all offline orders we would accept 60% advance and the remaining payment must be paid before despatch and should be initiated within 2 days after the goods are ready which would be intimated to the customer by our customer care executive. But by any chance if the remaining payment is not made even after intimating the customer, Kottonhood Fashion Private Limited would sell off the products in the local market in order to cover up the amount invested to procure the products. Kottonhood Fashion Private Limited would not be responsible for any losses of the customer if they fail to pay the remaining amount on time. We cannot hold the products for more than 1 week at the most.

Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchased item, you will have 24 hours from receipt of your order to submit a Return Request and send your item(s). You will either receive: 1) a Credit Card/PayPal/Net Banking refund, or 2) Store Credit. Late returns are accepted at Kottonhood’s discretion, and may only be refunded for store credit.
All returned items MUST include your designated Order Number. Unidentified return items will not be accepted.
Gift Returns: If you have received an item as a gift, you may return it for a store credit to your Kottonhood Account. Store credit will be automatically applied to your next purchase.
Made-To-Order/Custom Design Transactions: These items are not returnable. For details please speak to us.
Faulty Goods: If you’ve received damaged or faulty goods please notify us at email@example.com immediately, so we can make arrangements to repair the item or reserve in-stock items for you.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS?
1) Log into your Kottonhood Account.
2) On the ‘My Account’ page, click ‘Returns’. Please fill in the returns form to request an RMA number.
3) Select the Reason for Return, Return Action, Agree to our Returns & Exchange Policy and proceed.
4) Once your Return Request has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your RMA number. Enclose a copy of the RMA # confirmation email or simply write your RMA# on the original packing slip.
RETURNED PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA # WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.*
5) You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
*If you submitted a Return Request and did not receive an email confirmation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for your RMA# before shipping back your item(s).
